How much is the shipping cost?

All products are delivered free of charge, without any shipping charges.

2. Delivery date

When will the order arrive?

Usually, the order is sent within two days after the purchase process is completed, and the order is received within the normal time of 5-8 working days. It should be noted that in some countries and regions, customs orders are delayed by 4-5 days. In some special cases, orders may be delayed by 3 to 15 working days.

3. Delay in delivery

What if the order is delayed by more than 25 working days?

If the order is not received within 25 working days, please contact the local delivery logistics who sent the order or contact us.

4. Other

You can refuse delivery if the packaging causes any loss or damage.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
